Terms of service

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Borona Bistró online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Contracting party

Your contract is concluded with:
Borona Bistró
Calle General Ezponda
10003 Cáceres, Spain
Email: contact@Boronas.shop
Phone: 34669842926

If you have any questions about these Terms, an existing order, or our store in general, please contact us using the details above and we will be glad to assist you.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer on our part. Instead, they are a non-binding invitation for you to place an order.

  1. You select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. By clicking the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.
  3. Receiving an order confirmation (for example, by email) only confirms that we have received your order — it does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of your offer.
  4. The contract is only concluded once we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you.

4. Prices and shipping

All prices shown on our product pages are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT as well as any other mandatory price components. Depending on your delivery address and the products ordered, additional shipping costs may apply. These shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout, so you will always see the final total — including shipping — before you confirm and place your order.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to you are presented during the checkout process. Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. We recommend keeping a record of your order confirmation for your own reference.

6. Delivery

Unless a different delivery time is stated for a specific product, we aim to ship your order within 3–7 working days of contract conclusion or, where advance payment has been agreed, within 3–7 working days of receipt of your payment. We will inform you if we become aware of any delay affecting your order.

7. Retention of title

The goods you order remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until that time, you may not dispose of, pledge, or otherwise transfer the goods to a third party without our consent.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal. Full details on how this right applies, the applicable time limits, and how to exercise it are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms, which form part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply to all goods purchased from us. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any warranty or legal guarantee rights you are entitled to under applicable law.

10. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We would like to point out, however, that we are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Governing law and final provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Should any individual provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to apply in full.
